Job DetailsThe IT Manager will lead and manage the IT Team in the US to provide exceptional support for internal and external users. This includes IT strategy, US office network infrastructure, employee communication and productivity suites, disaster recovery, data security, employee helpdesk, and IT vendor management.Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department in the US
  • Monitor performance of IT systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure
  • Manage the US IT budget and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
  • Lead the selection, implementation, and maintenance of all IT systems, including hardware, software, and networking alongside Security and Infrastructure Teams
  • Ensure approved projects, systems, installations, implementations, and changes are completed on time and on budget.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of IT services
  • Design and manage infrastructure governance activities ensuring assurance and compliance with cyber security group and best practices.
  • Procurement of IT Assets, Software, Hardware, and other corporate needs
Qualifications
  • BA degree or equivalent in computer science, or other relevant field
  • 6+ years of experience in delivering and managing information technology services in a complex environment
  • Experience managing IT staff performance and expectations as well as recruiting, hiring, and training IT staff
  • Experience with IT budget management and vendor management
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (O365 & Azure) as well as macOS and Windows OS
  • Understand technology trends and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models.
  • Excellent understanding of infrastructure, cloud and network architecture
  • NetSuite experience is a plus
