Visiting Angels is looking to add a full time Human Resource Coordinator to our team. This is a full-time, in office, entry level position. This will position will be based out of our Everett office with frequent travel to our Mount Vernon office. Our hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30-4:00. -Verify caregiver credentials
-Assist caregivers in obtaining/retaining credentials
-Onboard newly hired caregivers
-Ensure caregivers are reminded of any upcoming CEUs
-Assist caregivers with any payroll/benefit inquiries
-Work as a part of the caregiver hiring/interview team
-Assist with office duties as needed such as answering phone calls
-Previous HR experience is preferred but not required
-Ability to operate a multi line phone system
-Ability to thrive in a team atmosphere
-Basic computer knowledge
Pay starts at $22 an hour
