Hiring steel building erector

I’m looking for someone that has experience in construction or is interested in learning and erecting steel buildings with me. They are generally smaller in size but occasionally take on larger ones as well. Pay will range from 20-28 an hour depending on experience. Generally work 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day, Within hours of 6 am to 6pm. Must be confident working under 10 feet high on ladders and scissor lifts.
