Excavation Construction Foreman

Responsible for running day to day activities onsite, managing their crew and being in direct communication with the superintendent for needs, questions, and scope changes. Responsible for site safety and making sure the job is running efficiently.

Operate excavators, dozers, backhoes, and loaders

Foundation excavations

House / building demolition

Install side sewers and mains in right-of-way

Install on-site storm and main in right-of-way

Knowledge of water main and side service connections is a plus

Road and sidewalk restoration prep

Material take off

Collecting and submitting dailies and invoices

Site Safety

Site clean up

Check material orders

Communicating with the Superintendent

Follow schedule

Attend site meetings

Responsible for assisting with all roles onsite

Qualifications

Good communication skills

Ability to work well with others

Good time management skills

Ability to read and interpret plans

Knowledge of rotary laser, cuts and fills
