Job Description

We are a busy Gate and Access Control Business looking to hire a Full Time Dispatcher, that would encompass Order taking, Customer Service, Scheduling, along with assisting owner with basic Bookkeeping Task.

Good Customer Service is of utmost importance and we are looking for a friendly, outgoing, people person who is willing to bring a positive attitude, enthusiasm and a big smile to the office each and everyday.

You will be responsible for a variety of tasks and must be able to multi-task, learn quickly and be efficient in your assigned duties.

You must also be a good problem solver and handle any situation in a confident and professional manner. Experience/Knowledge of Service Titan Dispatching System and Quickbooks and Warehouse is a Plus

Computer Skills, Excel and Outlook a Must, as well as good verbal and written communications skills required. Flexibility and attention to detail is a must. This is a full time daytime position.
