Who are we?

Chef Derek Castro (Cafe Pettirosso, Bar Vacilando, Black Bottle) is leading the kitchen and bakery in our casual, locally owned and operated cafe. We specialize in New Mexican fare with an in-house bakery, espresso bar, beer, and wine.

Open since 2009, we've recently remodeled the space, revamped the menu, brought in new equipment, and are now ready to bring in the right cook to complete the picture. It could be you!

Who are you? Are you someone who likes working in small teams? Do you have attention to detail? Do you like to bake or want to learn?

We are looking for a cook who is comfortable behind the line but also making batches of green and red chile, someone who can multitask rolling out dough and rolling burritos. We are seeking someone who is passionate about cooking, customer service, and cleanliness!

Qualified candidates must be experienced in working a line, have knowledge of prepping foods and sauces, and be able complete or be willing to learn bakery production including cakes and tarts, breads, and cookies.

Must be available Sunday's and Mondays.

Tips average $3.5-6/hour and insurance is offered for full time employees.
