Collision Repair Techs (Multiple) $130k+ Potential

We have multiple openings - searching for experienced Bodyman and/or Mid-Level Bodyman. Shop has an OEM ONLY policy - we do not use aftermarket, recon, or LKQ parts. We work with mostly non-DRP and you get paid fairly for the work you do.

4 Years (preferred) Experience Journeyman

2 Years (preferred) Experience for Mid-Level

Competitive Flat Rate

Medical, Dental, Vision after 90 days

Paid Sick leave after 60 days

Paid Vacation (5 Days) after 1 year

Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Review work order prior to beginning work on each vehicle

Refer to manufacturer repair procedures for proper/current procedure

Perform repairs as written on work order

Full teardown/disassembly of vehicles

Identify supplements during teardown and write up supplement for estimator/production manager

Fit, adjust parts; cut and weld replacement parts into place

Use the frame rack to measure, pull & straighten as required

Apply bondo to repair area

Apply seam sealers and corrosion protection per manufacturer

Test drive repaired vehicles to check for any issues, fault codes

Quality check after repairs to make sure everything is working: lights, door locks, key fobs, windows, sensors, etc.

Keep track of allotted vehicles while helping to keep all vehicles on schedule for stated delivery date

Participate in ongoing participation in I-CAR and/or other Auto Body industry-required training.
