AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE WRITER & ADVISOR: Need a Reliable and Experienced Automotive Service Advisor. Must have Excellent People & Sales Skills, History of Top Sales Performance, Knowledge of Automotive Repairs & Work Well with Techs.

Responsibilities:

Service write incoming customers

Explain & sell needed repairs

Provide excellent customer service from intake to release of vehicle

Able to up sell other repair needs & preventive maintenance

Communicate with parts sellers and technicians to make sure everything needed is on hand

High closing skills to maximize sales performance

Answer detailed questions about services performed and price information

Schedule appointments over the phone
