Account Representative

Responsibilities: We are looking for an Account Representative to join our team in Bothell, WA. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is looking to start a career in sales and has a passion for learning, customer engagement and prospecting.

$25/hr

Requirements and Skills:

Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish is a plus

Generate new business leads with potential new customers through outbound prospecting activity.

Maintain a consistent communication cadence with existing customers.

Ensure customers receive the best level of service.

Qualify inbound leads & nurture early-stage opportunities.

Update and maintain CRM, recording all required activity and notes properly.

Build rapport quickly, within minutes of a phone call or the subject line of an email.

Strong reasoning abilities, sound judgment, strong listening skills, resourcefulness, and follow through skills.

Support two to three Outside Sales Representatives with administrative and account management work.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Self-starter with strong internal drive to succeed.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce

1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field

Physical Requirements

Ability to use a computer for extended periods of time.

Moderate noise and temperature levels.

Ability to sit, stand and/or walk for up to 10 hours a day.

The employee is occasionally required to stoop, bend, or kneel, lift up to 25 lbs. and perform other diverse physical tasks as needed.

The vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
