Position: WebMethods developer with JAVALocation: Maclean , VADuration: Full time Interview: Video JD:
- 8+ years (senior) of progressively responsible relevant work experience as a webMethods developer in the area of day-to-day design, development, implementation, integration, and maintenance of enterprise integrations.
- BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university majoring in Computer Science, MIS, or related field or 7 years equivalent experience
- Integration experience with Software AG webMethods suite - utilizing web services and Enterprise Service Bus toolsets (Software AG Web Methods 10.x preferred)
- Experience leading and mentoring enterprise application developers
- Experience integrating enterprise and departmental applications using a variety of protocols and toolsets
- Expert technical knowledge of and experience with enterprise system integration technologies including:
- Web Methods Tools and Languages: Integration Server, UM, MWS, Optimize, Insight, Wm Deployer, Java Services
- Database development technologies and platforms including: relational database design, development, and performance considerations, stored procedures, SQL expertise.
- Experience architecting and sustaining complex n-tier enterprise infrastructure and network topologies
- Knowledge of principles of systems analysis, design, development, and support
- Strong background and wide breadth of knowledge related to concepts, methods,
- programming languages, and tools for development, integration, and support of enterprise
- middleware, custom web based, and client/server based applications
- Solid understanding and experience with software development lifecycle, change management, and system reengineering processes and best practices.
- Willingness to: attend on-the-job or offsite training; work extended hours as workload and deadlines require; be on-call to respond to emergencies; and attend meetings and make formal presentations as necessary
