We are looking for Experienced Roofing Sales reps and Sales Reps that are new to the industry; that want a flexible schedule and to earn a six figure income.

Responsibilities:

Help Homeowners and business owners restore their storm damaged roofs and ensure customer satisfaction. You will coordinate the project and; handle it cradle to grave. You will wear multiple hats; sales rep, project manager and customer services rep.

Perform property Inspections and determine the proper way to help the homeowner.

Project Management of the Job:

Once the project is approved you will help the property owner through product and color selections.

You will check up on the labor crew during the build to ensure customer satisfaction.

Once the job is finished and the customer is satisfied, you will collect final payment.

Requirements:

Reliable Transportation, a truck is best but cars can work. You will need to carry a ladder with you.

Able to climb a ladder

A self starting attitude and ability to work on commission

Strong communication skills, driven and goal oriented.

Compensation: Draw against commission only.

1. We compensate using a structured commission. Depending on your experience you may enter in at a higher rate. 2. As you sell more, the higher you move in commission 3. draw on future commissions available for first 90 days for qualified team members with signed contracts

OUTLOOK Averages & advancement opportunity: If you succeed in sales, you may be promoted to team lead.

1st year - $80K-120K

2nd year- $100k-$200K

3rd year - $200K +

Team Leads - $200K-$500K+

Ideal Candidates:

Car Sales Experience, Restaurant Service/management Experience, b2b sales, fitness instructor, construction experience, insurance experience, etc. The team ranges in ages from rookies to veterans.
