• Knowledge and skill in system development methodology and relational databases
• Knowledge and skill in applications development including analysis, design, programming, testing, documentation
• Knowledge and skill in Linux, and Windows Operating Systems, SQL, PL/SQL, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Detailed understanding and experience with developing database procedures, triggers, packages, and processes in an Oracle 11g or later database
• An understanding of how the developed code interacts with the stored data and other layers of the system applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work on multiple projects and contribute to project scope and estimates of effort
• College degree in information systems, computer science, or related field or demonstrated progressively responsible experience equivalent
