New Construction Position

We are looking for a very dependable person that MUST have own transportation. Must have a DL. Duties will include punching out the new house, fences, landscaping, job site clean up, material delivery and anything and everything to have the homes move in ready. Anyone who can operate a Mini-x, skid steer and drive a small dump truck would be a bonus. Will be doing different tasks every day. Will train the right person if needed. We have a very low turnover and want someone for a long time permanent position. We are primarily on the Peninsula but build in all the seven cities. Serious inquiries only.
