WORK LOCATION - CHANTILLY, VASoft Tech Consulting is looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our team providing both front-end and back-end development, and the chosen individual provide design, develop, and maintain fully-fledged and functioning platforms with databases or servers including using a range of different technologies and languages (such as Java, JavaScript, HTML, PHP, C#) to develop applications. The chosen individual will become a part of a technically strong and collaborative and will be instrumental to the successful completion of the project, as well as key to facilitating client satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for working on both front-end and back-end development processes.
• Design, develop, and maintain fully-fledged and functioning platforms with databases or servers including using a range of different technologies and languages (such as Java, JavaScript, HTML, PHP, C#) to develop applications.
• Approach software holistically since they cater to both user experience and functionality.
• Participate in the design and creation of scalable software
• Write clean, functional code on the front- and back-end
• Test and fix bugs or other coding issues.
• Design client-side and server-side architecture
• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
• Write effective APIs
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
• Create security and data protection settings
• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
• Write technical documentation

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years experience as a full stack developer
• SAFe certified
• Experience working on a SAFe program
• Experience working with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
• Experience working in an agile environment as part of a scrum team
