Roofers wanted

Shingle and standing seam installers, laborer, ground cleaner and carpenters helper positions available. We are also looking for an experienced standing seam foreman. Pay is compensated by experience. Lots of overtime and bonuses available. Most of our work is in and around Chittenden county. We treat our employees well, with good bonuses going to those that are willing to earn them. You are welcome to speak to our employees as to how we treat our staff. Training is available to the right people. Qualified employees get paid vacations, company vehicles etc. Drugs, alcohol, lateness to work and poor quality are not tolerated. A license is not required but you must be able to get to and from work. We usually reward our employees with one or two company day trips per year. This years trip is a day of guided Striped Bass fishing in the Hudson River. We also have played paintball, gone sea duck hunting in Maine, pheasant hunting in Panton, VT and deer hunted in Ohio and many other trips. We try to present a positive work atmosphere, and reward an individuals effort and productivity. Looking to fill positions starting late March 2024.
