General schedule Monday - Friday from 2pm - 10:30pm.

BASIC FUNCTION
The Supervisor position offers a fast paced environment, medical, dental and vision benefits, paid time off and holiday pay all in an exciting atmosphere this full-time Supervisor position at the Salt Lake City International Airport offers all that and more!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manually move carts throughout departures, baggage claim, garage, and International Arrival area to our cart collection areas (vending units or cart track).
Train associates how to move carts by hand and follow safe work methods.
Supervise cart associates at the airport. Monitor cart usage and provide reports as needed.
Test equipment for functionality, make repairs as needed. Clean equipment as needed.
Perform cash collections on vending units, accounting for collections via reporting website.
Learn and practice safe work habits thus assuring safety to self, co-workers, company equipment, airport property, passengers and visitors.
General customer service to assist passengers navigating throughout the airport.
Possess strong innate work habits and perform the job in an honest, reliable, and a professional manner.
Effectively communicate with peers, maintenance and management to improve business operations.
Adaptable to operational change.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum six month successful work experience as a supervisor.
Ability to pass state, federal (FAA), Home Land Security clearance requirements and reference checks.
Open scheduling availability required, including weekends and holidays.
Strong customer service and mathematical comprehension, highly desired.
Some experience handling cash/coin.
Displays confidence and competence in fast-paced environment.
Comfortable speaking to the general public.
Excellent customer service skills
EXPERIENCE
Proven leadership skills; previous supervisor experience preferred
Cash control experience preferred
General knowledge of vended service products preferred
PHYSICIAL REQUIREMENTS
Lift 40lbs
Physical ability, manual dexterity needed to lift a minimum of 75-100lbs
Ability to walk and stand for duration of shift
Able to withstand undesirable weather conditions (wind, rain, snow, extreme temperatures)
EDUCATION
High School Diploma preferred

Ability to get an Airport Badge is required
