Subcontractor work for GC

We are Regions Facility Services. We are a nationwide GC looking to fill labor needs for crews in the Salt Lake City area. We are looking for a multi-skilled Subcontractor with previous experience in commercial kitchen repairs. Regional travel required. Overnight work.

Service agreement and valid COI with Commercial General Liability & Workers Compensation required (WC Exempt is NOT permitted)

Skills needed to be successful:

-Proven work experience in a commercial setting

-Strong communication skills

-Must have your own tools

-Well versed in tile/grout, wall repairs (including FRP & stainless steel), minor electrical, minor plumbing

-Dedication to get the job done on time and on budget
