The ideal candidate will be detail oriented in a collaborative role with excellent communication and organizational skills and have experience in project management and analysis support to ensure efficient operation of the team's projects.Assist in the management of facilities-related projectsProvide operational and administrative support to the facilities management team, including but not limited to data maintenance, website maintenance, and communicationsVerify data for accuracy and completenessPerform data entry, data validation for ongoing projectsAssist with documentation and reportsMaintain operational data to provide preliminary analysisMonitor and resolve data issues by coordinating with the wider teamsCollaborate to enable team's issue resolution processesProvide vendor and procurement process supportQualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.Requires 2+ years of relevant work experience.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Familiarity with MS SharePoint and MS TeamsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsProven ability to learn new tools and appsStrong time management and organizational skillsMust have problem solving and troubleshooting skillsWorking onsite every week is expected
