- Mechanically Incline (hand/power tools, gears)
- MS Office Suites/ ERP
- Diffusion tools, CVD or Atmospheric
- Go to or report at customer sites as required to perform preventive and basic corrective maintenance.
- Follow ours & customer safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Assist with tool installation and removal when required.
- Utilize our administrative dB systems for ECN, parts and drawing discovery and usage with no assistance.
- Demonstrates repeated initiative in self -study and continuous improvement in our equipment knowledge and maintenance skillsets (PM, CM, Customer service, safety).
- Understands and applies advanced diagnostic techniques and the use of recommended documentation.
- Demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills on our equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to create and present monthly training sessions to sustaining engineers.
- Provides verifiable actionable feedback and suggestions to our management, technical support and training departments for improvement in procedures, operations and customer service.
- Create BKM procedures for customers and internal use.
- Assists junior co-workers with On-The- Job training (OJT).
- Engages in and supports all site mandated and improvement projects.
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electro Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum Engineering, or Material Science
- 3 to 5+ Years of semiconductor equipment/tools maintenance experience.
- MS Office Suites and ERP systems experience.
