Seeking a self-motivated individual who can use their expertise in the industry and recruit for our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Creating job postings

· Contacting potential candidates and conducting phone interviews

· Conduct In-person interviews of selected candidates

· Selecting good candidates that meet the customers’ requirements

· Creating submittals to Account Managers

· Assisting and educating candidates on proper interviewing

· Coordinate onboarding of New Hires

REQUIREMENTS:

· Good Microsoft Office skills

· Must be organized and possess good time management skills

· Must be an effective communicator

· Daily active engagement with our team
