Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Virtual Telemarketer to join our insurance sales team in Texas. As a Telemarketer, you will play a crucial role in prospecting and generating leads through outbound calls to potential clients. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening. Gather essential information about prospects' demographics, interests, and insurance preferences to determine potential sales opportunities.

- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for licensed insurance agents to follow up with qualified leads. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions and provide detailed information about scheduled appointments.

- Follow-Up: Maintain ongoing communication with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline. Follow up on previous interactions, address any questions or concerns, and provide additional information as needed.

- Data Entry: Accurately record and update prospect information, call outcomes, and appointment details in the CRM system. Ensure data integrity and completeness to facilitate effective lead management and reporting.

- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and optimize lead generation efforts. Provide feedback on lead quality, market trends, and prospect feedback to improve sales strategies and outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and persuasive demeanor.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects over the phone.

- Resilience and persistence in overcoming objections and handling rejection professionally.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with measurable goals and deadlines.

- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills for data entry and lead management.

- Must comply with all state and federal telemarketing regulations and adhere to ethical business practices.
