User Experience Designer

100% Remote Role

• 7+ years of UX experience
• Design skills which include visual, conversational, information architecture, prototyping, strategic design methods, or wireframing.
• Experience in using research to support evidence-focused design decisions
• A foundation of development knowledge (both web and mobile preferred)
• A digital portfolio

• Work across organizations to drive consistent customer experiences
• Partnering with the user researcher, subject matter experts, and the director to understand what to design and why
• Iterate on wireframes to solve real problems

• You will use qualitative and quantitative feedback to unearth recurring themes and promote data-driven design decisions
