Job Location: Austin, Texas (Hybrid) Job Title: Systems Analyst Client Name: Texas Health and Human Services Commission (State Client) Job Qualifications/Skills:- 5 years of experience Perform analysis work on project management systems including requirements gathering.
- 5 years of experience Develop reports to monitor progress for metrics.
- 5 years of experience Preparing and defining the goals of the system and devises flow charts and diagrams describing logical operational steps of programs.
- 5 years of experience Advanced Excel skills to include compiling multiple datasets to gather, assemble, correlate, interpret, and analyze large data sets
- 4 years of experience Experience using MS Power BI, Power Automate, and/or Tableau
- 4 years of experience Advanced skill in critical thinking and problem solving
- 4 years of experience Ability to work independently and manage multiple reporting projects simultaneously
