Established residential property management company seeks well qualified office coordinator.
Duties:
-Provide daily direct support to Broker
-Send out management agreements to new clients
-Onboard new clients/properties
-Direct oversight and monthly audit of our RBP program (resident benefits package)
-HOA communication, correspondence, and compliance
-Assist with phone coverage
-Assistance with owner and tenant communication as needed
-Occasionally visit a property/meet property owner
-Update tenant ledgers in management software
-Assist maintenance and leasing staff as needed
-Owner/tenant communication as needed
-Assist with building new processes as needed
-Assist with property close out and take over
-Ensuring client/customer communication is responded to
-Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in single family/residential property management or related field strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly self motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Texas Real Estate License strongly preferred
Ideally this role will grow into an office manager position, with additional duties and responsibilities.
This is a full-time work from home W2 position, starting at 45k. There will be very occasional travel to properties within DFW.
