As a ServiceNow Security Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for implementation, development, core configuration, enhancements, and technicalexpertise of ServiceNow Security Operations implementation. You have a solution?focused mindset and the ability to provide excellent customerservice, communication, and support.Provide expertise and build enhancements to Vulnerability Response. Implement Configuration Compliance through configuration and minimal customization to include, but not limited to:o Configure integration with Tenable for Compliance Scanningo Configure workflow(s) for exception managemento Configuration of Risk Calculatoro Configuration of Risk Score Rollup Calculatoro Configure CI Based Assignment Ruleso Configuration of Report to view issues resulting from Tenable Importo Technical Design Document including Requirements Traceability Matrix Implement Security Incident Response through configuration and minimal customization to include, but not limited to:o Integrations to Sentinel, SolarWinds, CISCO and Microsoft productso Configure Event Management for Security Incident Responseo Configure Alert Ruleso Configure Security Incident Escalation Pathso Configure SIR Risk Calculatoro Configure Service Level Agreementso Configure related Catalog Itemso Configure Automated Runbookso Import of Runbook Articleso Technical Design Document including Requirements Traceability Matrix Configure Performance Analytics for Security Operations, including indicators, indicator sources, breakdowns, data collector jobs, reports, andashboards.Extensive knowledge Configuration Management Database and related configurations with Security OperationsDevelop scripts, workflows, and flows on the ServiceNow platform to automate tasks and integrations.Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and third?party systems (REST, orchestration, and other relevant methodologies).Build out modules, customizations, and configurations based on customer requirements.Provide alternatives to customizations by exploring out of the box capabilities and configuration.Work collaboratively with existing ServiceNow Technical team to provide transition of day?to?day support and maintenance of application to client. Minimum (Required):8 JavaScript, Jelly Scripting, Glide, HTML, XML and/or JSON8 Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to gather, understand, organize, and interpret relevant data & information8 Experience designing to requirements8 Experience in developing and managing integrations with ServiceNow8 Familiar with Service Oriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, REST)3 Certified Implementation Specialist for ServiceNow Security Operations3 Certified System Administrator for ServiceNow Preferred (Optional):3 Development and Administration in ServiceNow ITSM, ITBM, FSM, Service Catalog Luna Data Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
