Security Operation Specialist.It will be a hybrid onsite role in Irvine, CA or Irving, Texas.A very quick fill role with immediate interviews.Job Description:
- 5+ Years of experience in Security with hands-on experience in security operations and monitoring
- Perform the policy change request for security devices as per requirement.
- Adherence to ITSM process and SLA adherence
- Perform capacity and performance monitoring on the security solution components
- Ensure the security solutions are patched and signatures are up to date (n-1 version) as per standards
- experience in cyber security support in the technology areas like Firewalls (Cisco ASA, Firepower, Meraki)
- Perform incident management to resolve incident tickets and service requests
- Monitor the security solution components dashboard (or Console) on periodic basis and report/log security incident proactively – as per the standard operating procedures.
- Generate reports as per the requirement
- Strong understanding in network and security concepts.
- Periodically update the KEDB database
- Desired Process Certifications: ITIL V3 foundation
- Desired Technology Certifications: CEH, CompTIA Security+, CCNA CyberOps, CCNA Security/similar.
