AB Solar and Roofing is a family owned, top-tiered, fully insured roofing and solar company based in DFW and we are HIRING outside sales people for immediate start.
Our experienced team members earn an industry leading Commission Split of Total Job Profit. This is a 6 figure income position for those willing to put in the time.
Roofing sales and project management experience is a must! We are focusing on hail and wind damaged properties across the metroplex and our main areas of expertise are ROOFING (Residential and Commercial), GUTTERS, SOLAR PANELS, WINDOWS and SCREENS, FENCE REPAIR, ETC
Applicants must be highly motivated self starters, outstanding communicators, high integrity individuals, clean cut, positive, and outgoing, with a valid drivers license, a ladder and reliable truck.
Position and Skills Requirements:
- Highly organized
- Door to door selling, working with canvassers
- Running leads
- Relentless follow up
- Assist in calling in claims
- Interact with insurance adjusters
- Interpreting insurance claims
- Getting contracts signed
- Picking up checks
- Running material
- Photo documentation
Our office provides all of the benefits you will need to be successful in sales including a CRM, Direct Deposit Payroll, Roof Drawing App, Estimating Tools, Finance App, T-Shirts, ball caps, Samples, and Training. Most of our team uses drones for steep pitched roofs.
This is a commission only sales position and top performers are rewarded with office leads and canvassing teams.
