100% Remote Data Integration Engineer for case management and fraud detection

QAT Global, a 25 year IT Consulting firm, is seeking a highly skilled Data Integration Engineer. Position will join the QAT/HES team. Our client provides a better pharmacy and ancillary benefits management experience for all workers compensation stakeholders. Position is 100% Remote. Data Integration Engineer will be responsible for the analysis, design, documentation, development, unit testing, and support of data Integration and database objects development for software applications. Managing and integrating data between operational systems and data repositories. This includes but is not limited to ETL, stored procedures, views, and functions. Recommends and provide guidance regarding Data Integration and database development, T-SQL best practices, and standards to the development team members as needed.

Specific Tasks:

• Code complex T-SQL Select statements joining data columns from 3 or more tables.
• Execute transactional CRUD statements against a SQL table.
• Recommend SQL data types and transformations requirements.
• Identify need for keys on a SQL table.
• Open and analyze complex SQL stored procedures logic.
• Execute nested stored procedures.
• Run SQL tools to analyze query performance and propose solutions for improvement.
• Use SQL SSMS to research SQL components and generate SQL scripts.
• Create or modify SQL components and store on repositories.
• Analyze data needs and design tables and views or any other component related to the table.
• Open SSFT to research SSIS Packages, create new projects and parameters.
• Create master SSIS packages calling SSIS subprograms.

QUALIFICATIONS: 3-5+ years SQL Server 2008/2014+ 2+ years Data Integration technologies and principles Advanced knowledge of T-SQL including complex SQL queries (ex: using various joins and sub-queries) T-SQL performance tuning and best practices Experience integrating data from structured and unstructured formats: flat files, XML, EDI, JSON, EXCEL We provide a competitive benefits package to include, Medical, Dental, 401k with match, Short/Long Term Disability and Life Insurance.
