Office hours flexible. Work a minimum of 35 hours per week between 7am to 3pm.
1st person to answer office phones
Respond to all tenant emails
Perform wide variety of administrative support tasks such as preparation of carpet/flooring inventories, and supply maintenance records, inventory, ordering supplies as needed
Maintains the project filing system and performs general office and clerical duties
Assist in the management of the purchase order system
Scan all invoices into online filing system then later file into correct physical locations
Input auto-pays into YARDI Breeze before end of month
Make tenant invoices and send bills to tenants
Maintain updated clerical information for all important files – especially bldg code #, passwords, parking, etc
Maintain clear and organized CC book records, reorder book records, and property manuals.
Assist in end of year/beginning of year office duties – changing all forms to 2023, make new yearly folders/checklists
Shred checks every 1st of month
Fill out tenant billback sheets as needed
