We're looking for a Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our company. If you have excellent communication skills and a knack for multitasking, we want to hear from you!
Position: Receptionist
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate person or department
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred but not required
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
