Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

§ Adhere to express lube guidelines

§ Perform lube, oil and filter changes by draining and replacing oil and filter, and lubricating all joints, including idler arm steering knuckles, tie rods ends and ball joints

§ Report all necessary repairs to service consultant

§ Install completed oil change reminder sticker in vehicle

§ Check battery, tire air pressure, windshield fluid, transmission fluid and power steering fluid levels and refills as needed

§ Rotate and/or balances tires and repair as needed

§ Inspect and replace filters as needed

§ Ensure that vehicle is clean and free of fluid residue or fingerprints

§ Check fluid level prior to release of vehicle to ensure proper levels

§ Adhere to all current OSHA guidelines

§ Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards

§ Other duties may be assigned

Job Requirements

§ Prior experience as an Express Lube Technician, Automotive Technician

§ A high level of personal motivation and demonstrated ability to learn and succeed

§ Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information

· Solid mechanical skills

· Excellent Communication Skills
