Position: Project Manager

Brief Description: The Project Manager is responsible for oversight of installations. This role includes overall safety, management and direction of installation crews, as well as ensuring quality standards are met or exceeded. This position requires a person that is highly organized, prioritizes safety, is an efficient planner and has excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities Include:

- Oversight of jobs from point of field measuring until installation is complete, including:

- Field measuring

- Communicating with customer to ensure correct site conditions, correct blocking location, project timing, tools, equipment and resources required

- Ensure any scope changes are identified and proper Change Orders are issued as needed

- Apply for permits when needed

- Liaison between sales, production and installation

- Responsible for oversight and enforcement of jobsite safety, as well as installation quality control

- Weekly inspection of completed jobs. Inspection should include review of the quality of the job, condition the jobsite was left by crew and written documentation of any issues, including pictures.

- Weekly visit of active jobsites, inspecting the crews’ safety and work quality.

- Oversight of crews during the loading process each morning to ensure safety and quality procedures are met.

- Review jobs the day prior to scheduled installation to ensure all components are present and that products for jobs are complete and damage-free.

- Work with lead installers to create standard best practices for installations and provide regular training to implement said best practices.

- Special projects as needed, as assigned by upper management

Skills and Qualifications:

- Detailed knowledge of construction industry

- Minimum 2 years Project Management experience in related field

- Ability to critically think and problem solve

- Ability to constructively work with employees and customers at every level
