We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team in REMOTE, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). Job Description: Project Manager Functional / Mid-Level (Coordination, Search, Front End and User Experience) This Project Manager will coordinate logistics for meetings and working sessions; Prepare agendas and meeting notes; Assist with RAID log management, integrated plan updates, Teams site and Confluence updates; Prepare and maintain other Program level documentation as needed; Provide project management support as needed. Specific activities include, but may not be limited to: Organizing and facilitating meetings and distributing minutes to project team members Tracking activities and action items to ensure timely completion Collaborating with various levels of staff to accomplish tasks/assignments and implement changes needed to effectively manage the project Preparing project status reports to better enable information sharing between the leadership and project team Providing client / project leadership with recommendations and consultation to improve teamwork and project efficiencies Working with leadership to deliver, monitor and communicate progress towards project goals Supporting Content / Knowledge Management including Team site and/or Confluence documentation organization and management Responding to inquiries on behalf of the Client / Workstream Lead in a timely manner.
