Project Accountant

This position will be responsible for accounts receivable, billing and job cost functions for specific projects within the accounting department. This is a full-time, salary, exempt, in-person position.

Duties and responsibilities:

Process draw requests

Manage change orders

Manage the budget

Process and manage all subcontracts

Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Skills and qualifications:

Experience working for a general contractor or subcontractor in the construction industry is preferred

Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks

Strong attention to detail

Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills

Proficient skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)

Prior experience with AIA contract documents preferred

Prior experience with Vista preferred
