Functional knowledge of Production Planning & Scheduling (Oil&Gas Refinery) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Help in describing PBI's, Acceptance Criteria and Requirements finalization Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements Competency on agile methodology and experience with Planning & Scheduling systems such as AspenTech PIMS & ORION or knowledge of SQL or any other programming experience will be an added advantage Owns the business deliverables and priorities.
