job summary:A client of ours is looking for a Product Business Analyst in the Salesforce space specifically with supporting CPQ (Quoting) module. This is a direct hire role and will require onsite 3 times a week.The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications/ background:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of work experience.
  • Basic qualifications up to 2 years of business analysis experience
  • Minimum 1 year of technical business or functional analyst experience and demonstrated ability to see a project through from beginning to end including the creation of business requirements and formal documentation during the solution development life cycle.
  • strong emotional intelligence (EQ) and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification: Obtain Salesforce Business Analyst Certification within 12 months of hire

Preferred Requirements:
  • Hands-on and in-depth knowledge of Salesforce (i.e., Sales Cloud, FSL, CPQ, Service Cloud, CRM, Marketing Cloud), including the ability to do simple Admin tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
  • Experience with workflow design.
  • Basic understanding or experience in heavy equipment dealership sales and quoting operations

Essential Functions:

  • Gathers data, creates process flow diagrams, captures design interfaces, document solutions, identifies root cause to issues, analyze inputs and outputs, translate business requirements into specifications, maps traceability from business need through requirements to test cases, and creates readable and functional documentation
  • Integrates with operational and other support departments as well as third party customers and vendors to achieve departmental, enterprise, domain and Program goals and objective
  • Evaluate requests for application modifications and enhancements to identify and reduce the impact to business and integrated systems
