Orthopedic Ma

We are looking to fill the Medical Assistant position for a Sports Medicine Orthopedic Surgeon in a private practice setting at San Marcos Orthopedics.

An ideal candidate would be someone with at least one year experience in a medical practice, be comfortable with insurance authorizations , scheduling surgeries and be able to multitask under pressure with a smile.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to.

Responsible for assisting physicians with patient care, including casting, bracing and performing other duties as assigned

Conveys a positive image of clinic

Assists physician with treating patient as directed

Prepares injections, completes H&P questionnaire, and facilitates suture removals/dressing changes

Be willing to learn.
