Melvin Electric - Handyman/Shop Hand

We are a commercial Electrical Contractor that has been serving the Houston area since 1977. We are looking for a reliable individual to undertake general duties at our shop/office, and upkeep of equipment and company vehicles. Experience with a variety of hand tools is required.

Must be well organized and self-motivated with strong general repair skills. An eye for detail and problem solving is greatly valued in this position.

Must be able to pull, load and back trailers. Must be presentable and have good communication skills. Many duties will require the individual to be outside, so physical stamina is required for this job, must be able to stand/be on your feet for most of the day.

Compensation will be competitive and will be based on selected individual's experience and skill level.
