Role: Master PlannerClient: DOD-AerospaceLocation: Fort Worth, TX (hybrid)Duration: 1-year contract Hourly Rate: $50-120/hr (W2, non-benefited) Position Description:
- Candidate will assist in the development and maintenance of components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule, heavy emphasis on proposal schedule development; review/support Statement of Work and Basis of Estimate development.
- Advises the Program Management team when and if a contractual impact is expected or when critical events have happened, including factors which may impact delivery or cost.
- Ensure Communication and Cross-coordination with IPTs.
- Candidate will develop/refine knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Position interacts across a variety of program functional organizations such as engineering, procurement, contracts, business management and production.
- Must have experience with an Enterprise Scheduling Tool: Deltek Open Plan, MS Project, Primavera (P6); Open Plan experience strongly preferred.
- Program Master/Scheduling Experience
- Aerospace/Aviation (preferred)
- Proposal Schedule development, BOE knowledge (preferred)
- Candidate will have experience utilizing Critical Path Methodology and how to apply it in schedule network development and analysis.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment.
- Possess ability to prepare status reports, metrics and make presentations as required.
- Active Secret Clearance preferred; Ability to obtain required, not required to start.
