Ability to cook proteins to temperature, knife skills,

Prepare and scale up recipes as needed

Work well under pressure, 200 covers in 90 minutes

pay based on experience,

maintain work area clean and sanitary follow all city of houston guidelines

Must have documents to work in USA,

food handlers certificate or willing to obtain

Most importantly must work well with others in high volume high pressure restaurant.
