Laborer

(Position Located in Bandera TX) Full-Time 5 days a week M-F 7-5.

The Laborer works outdoors all the time in a variety of settings including some heights. Must be physically fit, have physical strength. Must have good endurance for 8 to 10 hours of physical labor per day. Must have full range of motion, good manual dexterity. Work safely at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be required)

Read and follow directions

Work all hours are necessary, including over-time, arrive on time consistently and ready to work

Must keep your work area clean at all time

Perform routine maintenance on Plant equipment

Be able to lift 50 pounds

Climb ladders and stairs

Use all hand tools

Performs all other duties as assigned

Work weekends as required

Follow all safety requirements (a strong commitment is required)

Be able to work in cold or hot weather

Be able to take direction from Supervisor or others as needed

Pass a background check, Physical and Drug Screen.

Position is general clean up and may be trained on skid steers and rock trucks depending on how well you do.
