Help Desk Analyst I

Description We have a great opportunity for someone who excels at coming up with creative solutions to technical issues. Robert Half is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to accommodate field users in an ever-changing, active environment. This Help Desk Analyst role is located in the Plano, Texas area and is a long-term contract / contract / contract / temporary to full-time opportunity.Your responsibilities in this role- Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues - Spot recurring technical issues and deploy solutions to address the root of the problems- Assist and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups- Contribute IT support for productivity software, operating systems, and a variety of other applications used internally Requirements - Working knowledge of user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment- Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively- 1+ years of prior experience- Superior Customer Service experience- Resolve Customer Service experience- Well-founded grasp of Customer Support- Comptia A+ experience- Proven knowledge of Meraki- Practical knowledge of On-Call Support- Customer service experience- General familiarity with End-User Support- Command of Call Center Customer Service- Experience with IT support ticketing systems- Basic networking concepts- Demonstrated excellence in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
