Graphics Designer

Summary:

We are seeking a talented Graphics Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating and coordinating graphics activities related to overall sales and marketing programs. At Michael’s Health, we see graphic design as visual storytelling that engages, informs, and inspires. We're looking for a talented graphic designer who can take concepts and ideas and create visual representations, in both print and electronic media. Collaborating with multiple teams across the company, the graphic designer should be able to take written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing, and be able to find the right style and layout for every project. Responsibilities:

Provide all creative materials and ideas, including but not limited to stickers, labels, flyers, invitations, ads, banners, posters, artwork, forms, lists, etc.

Prioritize, create, and follow timelines for all graphic design projects.

Organize and track all jobs that come through the graphics department.

Process weekly label orders in a timely manner.

Communicate job status to the Operations Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

One or more years of experience (academic and/or professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop within the Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
