Our company is searching for experienced candidates for the position of Office Clerk. We appreciate you taking the time to review the list of qualifications and apply for the position. QUALIFICATIONS:
The preferred candidate must have knowledge of various computer programs such as (Microsoft Exel, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Word). Must be computer savvy.
Must know how to do research and navigate the internet.
Must have at least 1 year of experience in office settings
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to successfully communicate with other employees with a positive attitude.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data Entry, Input orders and produce production reports
Supporting daily office operations
Assorted clerical and administrative duties as needed
Starting pay:
$17 or based on experience
Hours:
Monday-Friday 9-5 pm
