Experienced Property Manager (Multi-Family)

We are an emerging property management company serves in Houston and Austin,TX. We are seeking an experienced Property Manager in Houston,TX to oversee the daily operations of our multifamily development properties (4 apartments). Our firm specializes in creating renovated living spaces that are attractive and affordable for residents.

Responsibilities:

Manage tenant relations and respond to tenant concerns

Oversee maintenance and repairs of properties

Manage property budgets and financial reports

Collaborate with leasing team to maintain high occupancy rates

Manage & Lead Marketing.

Develop and implement property marketing strategies

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

File Eviction and other court cases.

Train current lease agents to become assistants.

What You Need:

Spanish/English (Bi-lingual)

High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred

12+ years’ experience in the multi-family property management or similar field with at least 6 years’ leasing

Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills with ability to mentor and develop others

Compelling communicator with strong negotiating, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to maintain composure against obstacles; solving problems with keen insight

Adept at building relationships and working in a team environment with proven track record of sharing ideas, providing encouragement, building on other’s ideas, giving due appreciation and bringing out the best in others
