Responsibilities: As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budget constraints.

Contract Management: Oversee the negotiation and administration of contracts with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success. Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or budget.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Effectively communicate project objectives, expectations, and updates to all stakeholders.

Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that construction projects meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.

Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring overall satisfaction with project deliverables.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in the construction industry.

Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in project management software and tools.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
