Computer Repair Assistant - W2

Job Duties

Registering the received data storage devices in the company system, labeling devices/parts, and storing according to the procedure

Performing the diagnostics, maintaining technical records of findings, defining the method to be applied to retrieve lost data, submitting reports to the supervisor

Recovering data according to the company-approved procedures, performing all needed activities: opening devices, changing parts, soldering, repairing, etc.

Label delivered devices and locate according to the procedure

Participate in the data verification process, connect/disconnect devices to the computers

Sort out the spare parts, clean the desks if needed, label the trays

Qualifications

Experience in IT/Computer Repairing Service is desired but not required as we are going to train you

Willingness to learn repairing techniques (soldering, changing parts, opening data storage devices, etc.)

Languages: English or Russian

Excellent interpersonal, and organizational skills

Requires strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Workdays: Mon-Fri, (40 hrs. weekly)
