Commercial Retail porter needed - $17 per hour

Cobalt Real Estate is a commercial real estate maintenance company, based in San Antonio.

We are currently hiring for an experienced full time commercial retail porter. ONLY EXPERIENCED APPY

The job entails driving to retail centers located through out San Antonio

Duties include, but limited to, pick up trash through out the property and dispose of. Blow and collect debris and leaves on all hard surfaces, and dispose of.

Clean and pick up trash inside and around dumpster enclosures, when applicable, and dispose of.

Remove any unauthorized marketing material. Report any hazards, illegal dumping, graffiti and any other items that may cause a safety issue or effects the beautification of the property.

Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.

Cobalt provides a fuel card to use for company travel and we pay for oil changes every 3k miles.

Equipment will be provided if you do not have your own. Cobalt also provides all supplies needed to perform porter duties.

Fulltime staff is eligible for medical, dental and vision benefit enrollment after 90days. Cobalt pays 50% of the premium
