The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing the scheduling and coordination of home and termite inspections, ensuring a seamless process for both clients and inspection teams. This role involves daily and weekly project management, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Scheduling and Coordination:

Manage the scheduling of home and termite inspections, coordinating with clients, inspection teams, and other stakeholders.

Ensure efficient allocation of resources to meet daily and weekly inspection targets.

Customer Communication:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing information about inspection services, pricing, and scheduling details.

Communicate inspection details, requirements, and results to clients in a clear and professional manner.

Project Management:

Work on daily and weekly projects to streamline inspection processes, enhance efficiency, and meet performance targets.

Collaborate with inspection teams to optimize schedules and address any challenges that may arise during the inspection process.

Database Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspections, client information, and scheduling details using the company's database or CRM system.

Generate reports as needed for management to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Quality Assurance:

Collaborate with inspection teams to ensure that the quality of inspections meets company standards.

Address client concerns promptly and work towards effective resolutions.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Additional certification or coursework in project management or customer service is a plus.

Experience:

Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, or project coordination is preferred.

Familiarity with the home and termite inspection industry is an advantage.

Skills:

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficient in using scheduling software and databases.

Customer Focus:
