I have One position open to fill as Call Center position We massive advertise in social media and generating over 100 leads per day. Your job is to process the lead and collecting stipulation . Your job is to follow up! You must be self motivated
We are seeking a highly energetic, motivated, and driven CALL CENTER PERSONNAL.
We primarily carry late model low mileage vehicles that have been serviced and inspected.
Previous call center automotive experience is a plus. Computer proficiency is a plus and MUST know how to write/respond email, CRM and GOOGLE DOC knowledge is required. If you are a ‘people person’ and a results-driven individual, this is a great opportunity to become part of a team. The ideal candidates will have a strong desire to succeed, are highly motivated and technology driven and are customer service focused. Ideal candidates will also have an outgoing personality with expertise at developing and maintaining relationships. High-energy, positive, out-going individuals with strong verbal communication skills WILL succeed Also Humble and willing to learn. This position is required sitting and on the phone the whole shift.
Qualifications:
Prior Call Center experience
Be Able to Create and Maintain Customer Relationships
Follow up on all leads daily with follow up calls and emails.
Additional Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Excellent Communication Skills.
Proven closing and follow through
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 500 per week
Schedule: 5 days per week - 10:30 AM to - 7 :00 PM or 9 AM to 5:30 PM
Days off Sunday or Monday or others on routation.
